Storexio is an application operated by Mehdi Ghazlavi Electronic L.L.C., registered in the United Arab Emirates under registration / licence number 1592588 (“Company”, “Storexio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy should be read together with the Storexio Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and any other applicable legal notice or agreement.

By continuing to access or use the Services, you acknowledge that cookies and similar technologies may be used as described in this Policy, subject to any preferences or controls made available to you and subject to applicable law.

Persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a defined period or until deleted, and may be used to remember preferences or support recurring recognition of a device or browser.

8. Why We Use Cookies

Storexio may use cookies and similar technologies for one or more of the following purposes:

Where Storexio enables Merchants to operate storefronts, landing pages, order forms, or customer-facing flows, cookies may also be used in connection with those Merchant-facing environments.

In such cases:

  • some cookies may be deployed by Storexio to support the operation of the hosted platform;
  • some cookies may be configured or introduced by the Merchant through content, integrations, widgets, or tracking tools enabled by the Merchant; and
  • the Merchant may have independent obligations to disclose its own use of cookies and other tracking technologies to its customers.

Where the Merchant acts as Controller of customer data collected through a Storexio-powered store, the Merchant remains responsible for ensuring that any cookies or tracking tools it activates are lawful and properly disclosed.

11. Cookies and Personal Data

Certain cookies and similar technologies may collect or generate information that qualifies as Personal Data, including where data can be linked, directly or indirectly, to an identifiable person or device.

Depending on the circumstances, information associated with cookies may include:

  • approximate location derived from technical data;
  • language or region settings;

19. Children

The Services are intended for business and commercial use and are not directed to children. Storexio does not knowingly use cookies to profile children in a manner requiring special legal protections under applicable law.
